Severe pain around knee ball for 2 years
Age 41 year, Problem to wake up from bed right side Hip joint & calf pain Knee Joint pain in right leg while walking & using stairs up/down Lower Back Pain while standing, Difficulty to raise hands to wear shirts Numbness, Can’t stand without support after sitting on the floor for 15 minute Tremor/ Finger starts shaking and can’t be controlled for few minutes (Rare occurrence) People easily detect me bending while walking, difficult to straight right knee High BP (Now it is 176/96) 12 year High cholesterol 7 year Vitamin D Deficiency 2 Year Early erosion of bones Noticed during Ergonomic assessment before 4years Hair fall Severe from last 1 year Not getting sleep 5 years Heavy sweating while having food Since childhood Lot of pronunciation mistakes and mild memory loss of recent incidents No headache, No smoking, No alcohol, Vegetarian, Travel a lot in 4 wheeler for office work Take Vitamin D - Bon DK 60K monthly, shelcal500 daily High BP - Amlopress AT

Greetings, sorry about your concern. Since you have made a detailed description of what is your area of concern I would suggest you have a physio assessed and have a personal physio to train you for as long as you get better.
