Severe migrane
My head just started paining and I thought of taking a paracetamol 650 mg. As I feel no difference in my headache it's been the same.Ny psychiatrist prescribed me propanol 20 if I am facing sleep issues and I just wanted to know if I can take it for migraines also

Propranolol help to prevent headache, but take it in morning as it can cause sleep disturbance. It will not help in acute headache

Propanolol will disturb ur sleep
It's just given for prophylaxis and not for the acute attach
