Well the best treatment for it is to prevent the attack by knowing the aggravating factors... Avoid loud music,cold items caffeine like things which usually triggers it...you need to check out in your case ..secondly you need to calm down after the attack as much as possible.. You may require tripatans ..its better to consult a neurologist
