Severe headache
My bp has shot up. It is around 160/120. I am 32yrs old and weigh 110kgs. Having a desk job. I had bp issues 10yrs back and was on medication back then. I stopped my medication and changed my lifestyle and everything became normal. These headaches have started since a week.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Once a hypertensive always a hypertensive. I don't know why you thought it had reversed. It never does. You are fat. And I'm not going to sugar coat it. Tons of people has desk job but they aren't fat. Your blood pressure is high which is obviously the cause of the headache but you have tried to be smart and quit medicines (genius) . I don't think I need to tell you what had to be done. . Best regards.
