Severe headache during pregnancy
I'm 16week pregnant , I'm daily suffering from headache( back side of head & 0pain covers full head), I was taking taking zynac 500mg tablet... Is it safe to take tablet ?? Or should I take dolo 650 tablet?

If cont. Headache than u should consult physician for further treatment plan complete examination is necessary to diagnose problem.
Paracetamol is safe but it's not advisable to take it for long time.
