Dear sir/s, My mother hd suffered and still suffering from head ache which i am also facing when I don't have enough sleep or I am doing local jrney or sme times normally also. My head will be very heavy and severe pain from both sides of forehead. Pls sugst reasn for dis n gud dctr in Chennai specific near Anna nagar.

My Dear Friend, From the information you provided it seems both, you and your mother have migrain. I am suggesting following measures, please follow these, if the problem still persists, please consult a Nuerologist 1. Have at least seven hour of undisturbed sleep. 2. Do regular physical exercise. 3. Learn meditation and Pranayam and do it regularly. 4. Do not remain empty stomach for long time, have multiple small meals several time a day.
