Severe Hair loss problem

Hi, I am 27 years old from last six months I'm facing so much hair loss problem. Usually when shampooing almost 50-60 hair strands will get losses so kindly suggest me for this issue. Is there any advantage by using hair oils like Nisargalaya or Indulekha or Rishikesh......???? Kindly suggest me asap.....
