Severe cystic acne
Hello doctor,
I'm a 21 yr old girl, and I'm suffering with cystic acne. It actually started during my first period in teenage, but it was so mild and it got disappeared during my +2 but after that heavy cystic acne started in my first year and my dermatologist put me on tretinoin and it faded away eventually but after 1 year it came back and now I checked on my harmones and found that they are normal and I even checked that my family members never had acne problem in their life. Have you done your USG lower abdomen to rule out any ovarian cyst means PCOD. Which topical medicines are you using for your acne. Frequently wash you face with water. Can you please send or upload pictures of yours
