Severe cold and headache
Past few days i am having severe blocked nose n cough. and since yesterday, im having severe headache.

Hello there...., It could be due to an viral infection, which is usually self limiting with symptomatic management.... Drink plenty of warm water, gargle with salt water, consider lozenges to soothen your throat, you can also try decongestants, consider antipyetics if you develop fever....Take adequate rest.....
Consult your Physician if symptoms persists....
