Severe cold all the time

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have severe cold all the time specially when wether changes it becomes worst. Nose gets jammed so it becomes very tough to breathe that's why I uses nasal drops all the time. Please provide some permanent treatment for this.cold causes headache and it becomes very tough for me to work.

Hello.. I would suggest you to do steam inhalation atkeast thrice a day...and secondly it would have been better if you would had told about the drops you are using...it's quite possible that you are suffering from rhinitis ...you need to meet an ENT specialist...thank you
