Severe bleeding
I was diagnosed with PCOD last month and was prescribed to take dronis and metformin before dinner as im overweight and insulin resistant. But since April 25 i started my period and i have severe abdominal pain and body pains because of it. Since April 28th im bleeding severely, i had to change my pads every 2 hours. The place i live in is currently under a lockdown so my Aunt who is an ANM suggested i take a Combo of tranexamic acid and mefenemic acid. I took 2 tablets yesterday after lunch and dinner, but still the problem persists. Im so weak and im unable to walk due to more blood loss. I cant even visit a doctor here because the hospital are full COVID patients. Please help me.
