Severe backpain frm 4days
I am suffering from severe backache from last 4 days. Tried meds and sprays everything but its not healing. The pain not constant, its moving here and there and now it spreads to my waist and back. What to do, plz help?

Use hot water bag for fomentation. Take ultra set tab twice a day for 2days. U should take a break every 20-30 mins if sitting for long time on computers
