Severe Backache
L2 vertebral body Biopsy done, MRI report says.i) Erosive lesions involving L2 & L3 vertebrae with involvement of the intervening L2-3 intervertebral discs. ii) Mild compression fracture at the inferior endplate of L2 vertebral body with no significant wedging or retropulsion at present scan. please suggest

MRI report suggestive more likely of TBA WHAT'S biopsy report? If biopsy turns out TB then one has to start akt under supervision of doctor.
