As an system admin am using morning to evening computer my chair is normal now a days i have severe back pain. Is there anything to be noticed beforw buying a new chair for computer

Buying chair is a problem or back ache? For chair there are lot of ergonomically designed chairs to look after your back. For back ache...use hot fomentation of back...tb zerodol-MR sos
