Severe anemia
I have a problem with bleeding gums, an episode of melena, increased tiredness, investigaions were done in chennai ESSVEE hospital and found to have severe anaemia(vitamin B12,Iron deficiency) 2units of 'o'positive PRBC's transfusion done. And doctor advised me to meet heamatologist specialist. At present I am in bangalore . So I need to meet any heamatologist doctor and consult... Hb is 8.5
Past it was 4.5gms/dl
