Acne is usually a chronic problem and requires medication, care and treatments from time to time. Don't be disheartened. Visit your dermatologist and probably he/she can help you with some newer/other treatments which may not have been tried in your case. Also avoid a diet high in salt, oils, sugars. Increase intake of greens and fibre. Take conscious efforts to reduce day to day stress by having good sleep and regular exercise peppered with some meditation/yoga. All of this will go a long way in keeping your skin and body healthy.
