Severe Acne. Solved. please help me!

dear Mr. X, at 19 years of age, you are bound to have acne problems, running for quite some time.... with good medical management and skin care, you can keep it under good control and prevent new lesions and reduce the severity of the lesions if and when they appear...first wash your face clean every 2 to 3 hrs,with good non oily cleansers, consume good amount of water, for the lesions that you say you may require antibiotic therapy too..  consult a Plastic Surgeon or a dermatologist and stick on to them for followup regularly, don't move on from one clinic to other, or from one system of medicine to other, it's important that you stick to the treatment regime and  skin care very strictly on long term basis. once the active lesions are controlled,  the scars can be tackled simultaneously or later by various methods.
