i am having severe acne on my back
my while back is covered by acne heads
automatically it breaks and new comes up after every alternate day.
Need a solution
Facial acne is not so severe as my back acne on the shoulder.
please help

Greetings. Trunckal acne when severe definitely warrant the initiation of oral medication like retinoid. These are very effective anti acne medication that must be taken under guidance of your dermatologist under certain investigations and monitoring.
