Severe acidity and constipation
I have been experiencing hyperacidity and heartburn for very long time on and off...No cardiac issues. I have been also taking this medicines ( pan dsr & mucaine gel ) for 1 week continuously and also used it before on /off.. After eating food, acidity increases within 2 hrs .. constipation also persist for usually 2-3 days.
After taking mucaine gel there is relief in acidity .
What could be the possible diagnosis? What should I do?

Get an endoscopy done with RUT test for diagnosis of your condition.
also change your food habits to prevent acidity.
