Severe abdomen Pain
Recently travelled back from an outstation journey . Since yesterday evening I have been suffering from severe stomach ache along with vomiting sensations and loose motions. Went to a general physician who injected saline and gave general medicines its been above 24 hours and I still have no relief from pain
