Sever headache
I've had a history of ear pain and headache since my childhood. Past few weeks I had very severe headache almost unbearable pain. It was very different than the normal headaches. Also a never on my forehead gets swollen now and then which looks like my never is going to pop out. ( it causes no pain though) Is this a very problematic?

You might be suffering from migraine which usually presents with recurrent severe headaches. Usually sinus headaches are not very severe and are associated with other nose symptoms. You should consult nearby ENT specialist or neurologist for further information
