Seven seas cod oil side effects?
I have a question do Seven seas cod oil has any side effects? Although being suggested on practo to have this oil since I'm. Having vitD level 18.0 and also nerve pain arthritis and indigestion issues following. Do this oil will really help me and does it have any side effects. Is it OK to take omega3 capsules ?

Side effects can occur if high amounts of cod liver oil are taken as it contains vitamin A and vitamin D. Omega 3 capsules can be taken under medical supervision.
