Server Anal area itching. Anal cancer?

I have server anal itching issue. Here are cases where itching happens 1. After passing motion and then If I go for long walk. Intest itching happen. If i was anal area then it rduces 2. Next day after eating any spicy food. Then it continue for 3 4 days . If i reduce Spicy food then it goes off slowly After washing anus area during Itching, It reduce. It is happening for 3 4 years. I noticed bleeding( Only Like blood strike ons stool But nit at all in toilet seat. This is IMP observation) around 2 year back. This blood Steaks only shows when I closly see stooo or else not possible There is no weight loss , No other issue so far But this itching is happening now very frequently I am not feeling any lumps around anus but just round hard spintcher ( which could be general structure of anus) I am not sure if I have get Colonoscopy or Need to apply cream for relief I have given 101% mine systems. Can this be anal cancer?? I am extremely worried Please review once and suggest
