Hi,
My friend since last one week having serve pain in his left leg third finger little bit of swelling is also there and kind of redishness.From one week he was taking painkiller but now it's unbearable pain he also did blood test and his uric acid is 8.01 kindly suggest what should he do.

It's increased uric acid levels or hyperuricaemia leading to painful joints, esp small joints.

In my opinion you need to take medication for uric acid I. e. Tab. Febustat 40 once a day before bed...as your uric acid is on a higher side...and kindly go to an Orthopedic for further evaluation...and check for sepsis... if it is a case of sepsis then you need to take antibiotic for few days.. get well soon take care...

Kindly get yourself checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
For most labs upto 7 is normal but yours is 8 so its a bit more.
