Distinon & azaron are both drugs used to treat Myasthenia gravis. Myasthenia has a lot of tests to diagnose it, like anti ach receptor antibody (anti ACh R Ab) , anti muscle specific kinase antibody (anti MUSK Ab), single fibre emg, repetitive muscle stimulation test etc. So it depends on the test used, which you have not mentioned. So firstly, it depends on the test report that you are referring to, secondly the scientific community as a whole has very little information as to how non prescription drugs behave (native medicine), perhaps they could have something to do, its quite hard to tell. If you can send copies of your doctors records & test reports, I will do my best to help.
Next Steps
Continue with your current treatment as you are symptom free
Health Tips
Avoid non prescription drugs as much as possible and any category of drugs which may worsen Myasthenia like a few antibiotics.
