Seroma Pseudo cyst on right ear pinna

Question

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I was operated for Pseudo cyst in pinna last week through aspiration followed by stitches with small opening in cartridge for drain with pressure bandage .Third day bandage was removed.no recurrence found . Fifth day stitches removed , small recurrence found and fluid removed. Today seventh day and recurrence found like day one. How to get complete resolution. Pls advise.

Idealy complte removal is required along with removal of small portion of cartilage As pseudocyst hav possiblity again n again to recur 2 option is dere Go fr steroid injection Incision and drainage with buttoning is required Take consultation by wallkin in and take in from ent doctor
