Hello.... Rheumatoid arthritis usually involve smaller joints sparing large joints , you test for serum calcium , hypercalcemia with hyperparathyroidsm could cause joint pain like rheumatoid arthritis, its also common in females , early morning stiffness of joints is typical feature of RA consult orthopedic surgeon.
