Sentinal pile and fissure
I have sentinal pile and fissure along with burning in my stomach, chest and throat and i feel sour in my mouth all the time. I am not being able to pass gas too. I feel like my anal canal has become thin. I need to strain to pass gas

U will need proper management of anal fissure. If not medically effective need to go ahead with surgery - Lateral anal sphincterotomy

Anal stricture may result from chronic anal fissure madam.sometimes the sentinel pile may block the anal opening.
