Sensation tingling lower pelvic.

So after my difficult abortion and DNC , I had infections for long time and also grew small endometriotic cyst ,before abortion , I never had Such kind of pain , my lower pelvic area tingles, vibrates sensation and sometime there is dull ache in deep inside of my pelvic area , my gynae docter had surrendered me for my severe lower back pain and dull pelvic uncomfortableness , gave me last option , lapros surgery ... I'm now treating my severe lower back ache to a local man who used to treat nerves displacement and newly broken ... I had two session with him and he told me 3 nerves were displaced and he is fixing it now , and I have little relief now after 8 months . #so is there any possibility that my lower pelvic area between vagina and uterus, there is always some kind of uncomfortableness, dull pain , tingling , vibration sensation and heaviness, is this related to my nerves problem?
