Semen Analysis
No sperm in semen after semen analysis and in sonography report doctor mentioned. ' there are few tortuous anechoic structures seen at the root of left scrotum, which show venous flow on Doppler study- suggestive of varicocele. The largest vein measures ~ 3.0mms in diameter on valsalva maneuver. no evidence of dilated vascular channels at the root of right scrotum. No evident hydrocele on either side.
IMPRESSION:-
a) Small, mildly hypoechoic bilateral testes.
b) Left varicocele ( grade-I)
