Self harm scars tissues

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello doctor..? i have self harm scars which have formed tissues and some have deep layer of skin.Please suggest some remedy in removing the tissues from the scars and also the deep layer ..I am getting and I have only 5 months to make them fade away. please help.
