Seizures and neurological issues

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Dear Sir/ Madam Good Evening , I just want to know - can long time of taking phenytoin 100mg of two pills per day can effect anything wrong if patient is not withdrawal that medicine by doctor[ bcoz myself I have been taking it since 4 years ] and at present my body is unable to absorb vitamin d, limbs became to weak and thinner & jarkey and recently also have developed my right corner of lip and tip of tongue is sensing numb, sometimes burning lips ...so can we say are these all the side effects of phenytoin. Thanks & regards 🙏
