Seems Pilonidal cyst nr tailbone
Started complaint pain and problem sitting a day back and now pain & on touch seems cyst near tailbone. Has body acne issue generally and sitting long got studies. What I understand from your text..that you have problem in pilonidal region.and it's painfull even when u r touching there. I ll suggest you please can you make one ultrasound of soft tissue that area.its look like pilonidal Abscess or cyst.but you have give us full details of your clinical presentation.

It seems u have pilonidal abscess
Visit a surgeon,
U will improve after that
In meantime take tab zerodol twice daily and augmentin twice daily
