Second pregency
Hi doctor I was in good health till 5 month and suddenly while taking scan doctor urgently did cervix clerage at 20 weeks 5 days there is no bleeding and others suddenly I got labour pain at 23 week and give normal birth to baby and baby alive for 3 days and died. So I am concerned about my second pregnancy whether the problem continues in second pregnancy and how many months I need to take break for second baby. Can I escape from preterm labour in second pregnancy

Get cervical circlage done earlier in next pregnancy. It is advisable to take a gap of  atleast 6-7 months before next pregnancy. This will help to prepare uterus for next pregnancy.
