Second period late after taking ipill
Hello there. I involved in sexual activity ( penetration without ejaculation) with my partner on 26 of march. I had ipill 72 with 14 hours. This was my almost 25 day of menstrual cycle. Later on 3rd of April I had my periods but very less. First day heavy flow like periods but then very less for next 2 to 3 days. Now my next periods were supposed to come on 1 may but they are late by 7 days today. Please guide me in this case

Hii, This emergency pills can cause irregularity in the menstrual flow and frequency . If you had unprotected sex, Do UPT and if it comes negative, again repeat it after 4 to 5 days and if both test show negative then don't need to be worried. You will get your period. There could be more reasons for irregularity of menses like stress ,hormonal imbalances, sudden weight gain or loss,improper diet etc Don't need to be worried . Don't worry. According to what u said, u are not pregnant. Use of artificial hormones like levongesterol can cause some fluctuation in periods for short duration. Delay in periods is also caused due to stress. So relax urself. If u are still having some stigma..get a urine pregnancy test done by urself
