Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Yes it will have to be removed by surgery,
If you are planning to do it yourself, you can take admission in a medical college, then become a general surgeon, which will take about 10 years .
Then it's a very easy procedure.
Or just let the surgeon do his job ,he will explain how much is needed.
Get it checked out.
