Sebaceous cyst in back

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi I have suffered with this in the right side of my back for 3 4 years. Firstly it was not paining at all. But since 10 days it is hurting a lot. So I had completed cipex 200 antibiotics course. But today I found dt it's size is increasing in width. So what should I do. Please help.
