Scrotum deramatitis

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had scrotal dermatitis identified 3 years back, and every two to three months it is recurring. Since 8 months I had been applying aloevera gel with wheat germ oil and it is fine. When I stop it for two or three days irritation or itching occurs. Does I have to apply life or long or is there any other way
