Scratch and weeping surrounding anus

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have itching at anus and surrounding area frequently.When i used ointments it has gone away and repeated problem in few months and perennial scratch appeared on rubbing with finger.I feel more itching at night and weeping is observed.please advice me what could be the problem
