Scortum problem
I am 33 single male my scortum size has become little bigger...it does not cause any pain..only problem is they look visible when I wear tight pants..is it a sign of good health or bad ..

Hello there.
Big scrotum doesn't mean more manliness.
It could be hydrocele, hernia, or varicocele. It can only be said for sure if its normal or not by examining.
So better consult a surgeon with this regard and get it checked out.
