1.50pm- return from school
2:30pm- lunch
4:00pm - study
5:00pm - play outdoor
6:00pm - light snack
7:30pm - dinner
8:30pm -bedtime
kindly suggest if this would be okay? plus the interval from 8:30pm to 7:30am is long in terms of food intake, will it matter?
