Scarring and acne
First thing sorry for my English Now here's a description of my problem I am suffering from acne from last 3 to 4 years. After trying homeopathic treatment for almost 11 months I cleared up so much but as I am having a bad habit to pick up the acne caused scarring in my face specially on my T zone . I still get acne of large sizes but when I am on proper diet and sleep they occur in very small amount . I don't want to take any pills (accurate or antibiotics) and want a solution for scarring. Can microdermabrasion, laser and microneedling helps to clear my scars and what are the sideffects and cost and where to find a good doctor for all the procedure. PS:- acne and scarring changed my whole life from performance to my grades in college. The psychological effects of having acne are very devastating as it change the entire thinking of a person. From depression, anxiety, self hate and loosing all the interest in any activity, isolation end a feeling of ugliness.

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please call me or send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice.
