Hello. Scars these days have got many ways of treatment. Varies from person to person, depending upon the skin type, scar maturity, length, position and width. The treatment might vary from few lightening creams, compression, silicon treatment, superficial dermabrasion, dermarolling, fat grafting to the scar revision surgeries. Personal examination or atleast the complete details of the scar might help in suggesting the suitable treatment. You can consult me online with the pictures as well. Thank you.

The treatment depends on what stage of progression is the stretch mark. If it is in the early stage with red marks then we can try for improvement with just creams. If it is white creams alone wouldn't be enough and you would need multiple sitting of CO2 laser combined with PRP treatment with which we can hope for certain 60-70% improvement. There is no treatment on the planet available which is can improve it 100% unless you surgically remove those parts of the skin. Get an online consult privately with pictures or meet a dermatologist directly for a proper evaluation of the condition. Hope this was helpful.
