  3. Scapular Pain radiating to C1-L1ish.

Scapular Pain radiating to C1-L1ish
Ive had this problem for 6 years, seen physical therapists and chriopractors and haven't had any relief. Ibuprofen doesn't work and I refuse a narcotic. We've tried flexeril and robaxin and that didnt help either.
