Scanty period after having ipill.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had ipll 7 to 10 days ago and had my period on tome like on 31 day normally my periods are irregular and always 5 to 10 days late but this time it's on time but it is very scanty only little flow on first and now only spotting on second day. I took a urine pregnancy test 3days ago that was negative. Can you please help me by explaining what is happening to me and also i had cramps on first day and now a little back ache. Please help.
