Scanning - blood is given to lab
My wife is pregnant. as per the doctor suggestions, blood sample has been given for some scanning. now the lab staff saying the given blood is turned into grey which can not be used for scanning. I have 2 queries is the blood really turns into grey? if blood is not preserved at lab carefully, is there any chance it turns grey? pls help me

If there is any delay in processing the sample, blood can clot. You may give the sample again and mention to lab that last sample was spoiled so that they are extra careful
