Scaly Itch Same Side of Body

Asked for Female, 40 Years

What began as an itchy, scaly spot on my left palm is now bleeding. I also have the same issue on the bottom of my left foot directly behind my 4th and 5th toes. The wounds respond to neosporin but have not gone away, after 2 months of treatment. I was diagnosed with a "profound fatty liver" in 2009. Could this be related?
