  4. Scalp redness. Two years back and now!

Scalp redness
My daughter is 6 yrs old . Two years back while head shaving I have noticed redness area over back of head and nape of neck . Now also same place the redness is there . I applied muciprocin and hhzole also . No improvement . Is this birthmark . Pls help . Did blood test also . Everything is normal . I attach both photos of two years back and now
