Scalp Issue
Sand like particles on the scalp.Used Onabet at night along with ACV during hair rinse and a coal tar shampoo twice a week ,regime is being followed for a month and half now.Still not completely relieved. Moderate Hair fall started a week with sand like particle at their base. Any suggestions on what more to do

Greetings! Firstly improvement takes time and is gradual - there's rarely any 'miracle therapy'! Please see a qualified dermatologist and discuss with him your issues and need for possible change of medications ! if you are already visiting a qualified deramtologist and comfortable with him - do continue to follow up wiht him and understand your treatment plan.
