Breathing problem due to sarcoidosis, almost 7 years now, the oxygen level drops during physical activities like stairs, walking etc. Please advise on how to atleast make it easier for patient to survive and breath.

So for so sarcoidosis with chronic respiratory failure with oxygen, I would highly recommend pulmonary rehabilitation.
You need oxygen and big muscles.
